The idea for Natural High stems from this very problem. Everything that we undertake at Natural High for you is done with the maximum consideration to the enviroment. We also aim to dispell any worries that you may have about fasting being a complicated matter. Nothing could be easier and we will prove it to you. Natural High invites you to switch off instantly and fast or cleanse your body with no pressures or concerns to disturb you. Our competant, knowledgable staff will cater to your every need to ensure that you get the maximum results from your time with us.

Please note that at Natural High, our aim is a far more personalized service that is not available at the larger fasting facilities. You will never share your time at Natural High with more than 5 other people, unlike other establishments which cater for up to 80 fasters. Whilst our prices are on?occasion higher than our competitors, we can assure you that there is no other retreat in South East Asia that offers the level of care and attention that you will experience here.
