Natural High provides and stocks a number of highly original treatments. All are completely natural, safe and many are home made.We have searched far and wide to bring you the best, freshest ingredients at all times, with some ingredients taking a considerable time to source. Many come from as far away as China, Guatemala, USA, India and Europe.

Please note that at Natural High, our aim is a far more personalized service that is not available at the larger fasting facilities. You will never share your time at Natural High with more than 5 other people, unlike other establishments which cater for up to 80 fasters. Whilst our prices are on occasion higher than our competitors, we can assure you that there is no other retreat in South East Asia that offers the level of care and attention that you will experience here.

Treatments include Custom-Made Fig and Cassis Body Scrub or “Natures Potions” 7 Step Facial, Hot Herbal Compress for aches and pains and The Amazing Detoxifying Hot Tub. We also have our Garden Herbal Steam Room.

At our Massage Sala we use fine oils, gentle sounds and an expert touch. We offer a wide range of massages by fully qualified Thai masseuses in a wonderfully natural and rustic setting.
